Hi everybody 🙂

Ok so yet again I have been slack on the blog front. Third time’s the charm right??? This time it will be different 😉

So for those of you wondering what I am up to at the moment I can tell you that I am working on a new business venture and it is coming along quite nicely. I can’t tell you exactly what it is yet but what I can tell you is that it will be 100% Vegan & Gluten Free. We will be using as many organic ingredients as possibly with a focus on nutrition, using a healthy mix of combination (a mix of cooked and raw food in the same dish), refined sugar free & raw recipes. Fair Trade products will also be utilized.

All our packaging will be recyclable and eco friendly. Focusing on as little waste as possible.

The same applies to the kitchen as we will be using all vegan and eco friendly cleaning products, saving our food scraps for composting, recycling and generally running as eco friendly as we possibly can.

You can still find me at Fortify Café for now. I do two days a week, mostly Mondays and Tuesdays with the odd Monday, Wednesday. I will be attending the Kent and Maidstone Vegan festivals as a stall holder this year so make sure you come say hi and pick up some of my homemade artisanal goodies.

I will also be holding an event in the near future to reveal my business name and model so watch this space….

But for now I am re-launching my new look website and vow to blog as much as possible including at least one new recipe a week. Please get in touch and let me know what recipes you want to see!
