Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Mix everything together well by hand or in a mixer for 5 minutes by hand 3 mins in mixer
  2. Using a bowl of water to keep your hands moist, split the mix into 2 loaves and shape
  3. Leave to double in size in a warm place. This can take 30mins to an hour depending on temperature, just keep an eye on it
  4. Add any toppings at this stage
  5. Brush with Olive oil then bake at 200 degrees for 40mins. Turning the tray at the 20 minute mark. Cool on a rack for 30mins then enjoy xox
