Try saying that 3 times really fast!!! But seriously, I am working on a lot more gluten free recipes these days. While I myself am not gluten intolerant I do acknowledge that I rely heavily on wheat based products in my diet especially now I am Vegan. So I shall endeavour to create a variety of delicious gluten free recipes that you don’t have to be gluten intolerant to enjoy 🙂

Ingredients
Servings: loaves
Instructions
  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well.
  2. Pour the wet into the dry and combine to make a batter
  3. Put the mix into a lined loaf tine and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 50 mins or until the skewer test comes out clean
  4. Once cooked leave to cool in the tin for 5 mins then transfer to a cooling rack until room temperature..... Or if you are like me and you can't wait till its cooled cut it and let it crumble everywhere it still tastes good 😉
